One thing that often causes unease and doubts to me is that you'll often hear Christians saying quran misunderstands the doctrine of divine sonship of Jesus. All of their objection revolves around quran 6:101 while the verse quran 6:100-101 is complete in its meaning (their doctrines are inventions/redefinitions as per quran 6:100, defines who real son and daughter entities are through 101 and also refutes that nothing was born of God by saying everything is creation) but the verse in the middle mentions "How can He have a son when He has no consort" (despite having it being possibly reflected upon in many ways) has opened the doors for Christians to object that quran misunderstands their mystical belief based on John 1:1 (intellectual begetting). Their argumentation i.e. to use natural phenomenon to reply to their metaphysical foundations causes confusion among commons and I suffer from doubts. Is there any answer to this?
