The words of Talbiyah authentically reported from the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in sound narrations are as follows:
«لَبَّيْکَ اَللّٰهُمَّ لَبَّيْکَ، لَبَّيْکَ لَا شَرِيْکَ لَکَ لَبَّيْکَ، إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَکَ وَالْمُلْکَ، لَا شَرِيْکَ لَکَ»
(Saḥīḥ al-Bukhārī, Kitāb al-Ḥajj, Bāb al-Talbiyah, Ḥadīth: 1549
Saḥīḥ Muslim, Kitāb al-Ḥajj, Bāb al-Talbiyah wa Ṣifatuha, Ḥadīth: 1184)
Translation:
"I am here, O Allah, I am here. I am here, You have no partner, I am here. Verily, all praise, blessings, and sovereignty belong to You. You have no partner."
Additionally, Imām al-Nasāʾī رحمه الله narrated the following supplementary phrase:
«لَبَّيْکَ إِلٰهَ الْحَقِّ»
(Sunan al-Nasāʾī, Kitāb al-Manāsik, Bāb Kayfa al-Talbiyah, Ḥadīth: 2753)

One should stop reciting Talbiyah when beginning the Ṭawāf. This is based on the narration:
«أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُمْسِكُ عَنِ التَّلْبِيَةِ فِي الْعُمْرَةِ إِذَا اسْتَلَمَ الْحَجَرَ»
(Sunan Abī Dāwūd, Kitāb al-Manāsik, Bāb Matā Yaqṭaʿ al-Muʿtamir al-Talbiyah, Ḥadīth: 1817
Jāmiʿ al-Tirmidhī, Kitāb al-Ḥajj, Bāb Mā Jāʾa Matā Tuqṭaʿ al-Talbiyah fī al-ʿUmrah, Ḥadīth: 919)
Translation:
"The Prophet ﷺ would stop saying Talbiyah in ʿUmrah when he touched the Black Stone."
Imām al-Tirmidhī رحمه الله classified this ḥadīth as ṣaḥīḥ, although the narrator Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Abī Laylā has been regarded as weak by most scholars of ḥadīth.
One should continue saying Talbiyah until pelting Jamrah al-ʿAqabah on the Day of ʿĪd. As reported from ʿAbdullāh ibn ʿAbbās رضي الله عنهما:
«لَمْ يَزَلْ يُلَبِّي حَتَّى رَمَى جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ»
(Saḥīḥ al-Bukhārī, Kitāb al-Ḥajj, Bāb al-Rukūb wa al-Irtidāf fī al-Ḥajj, Ḥadīth: 1543)
Translation:
"The Prophet ﷺ continued to say Talbiyah until he pelted Jamrah al-ʿAqabah."
The phrase "Labbaik" means:
◈ "I am answering the call"
◈ "I accept and submit"
Although grammatically it is in dual form, it conveys the meaning of repeated, intense presence and submission — i.e., I am ever-ready, again and again.
