Comprehensive Supplication for Full Bodily Recovery (Arabic Only)​

اللَّهُمَّ اشْفِ أَسْنَانِي، وَاشْفِ لِثَاتِي، وَاشْفِ لِسَانِي، وَاشْفِ فَمِي، وَاشْفِ شَفَتَيَّ، وَاشْفِ عَيْنَيَّ، وَاشْفِ أُذُنَيَّ، وَاشْفِ أَنْفِي، وَاشْفِ صَدْرِي، وَاشْفِ قَلْبِي، وَاشْفِ مِعَدَتِي، وَاشْفِ أَعْضَائِي كُلَّهَا، وَاشْفِ دِمَاغِي، وَاشْفِ جَسَدِي كُلَّهُ، وَاذْهِبْ عَنِّي كُلَّ دَاءٍ، وَكُلَّ سُقْمٍ، وَكُلَّ أَلَمٍ، وَكُلَّ وَجَعٍ، وَكُلَّ وَسْوَاسٍ، وَكُلَّ مَرَضٍ مَعْلُومٍ وَغَيْرِ مَعْلُومٍ، يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ، يَا شَافِي، يَا كَافِي، يَا مُعَافِي، اشْفِنِي شِفَاءً تَامًّا كَامِلًا عَاجِلًا لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا.

Translation:​

O Allah! Grant healing to my teeth, my gums, my tongue, my mouth, and my lips. Grant healing to my eyes, my ears, my nose, my chest, my heart, and my stomach. Grant healing to all my limbs, my brain, and my entire body.
O Allah! Remove from me every illness, every affliction, every pain, every suffering, every whisper, and every disease—whether known or unknown.
O Most Merciful of those who show mercy! O Healer! O Sufficient One! O Granter of Well-being! Grant me a complete, perfect, and immediate healing that leaves behind no ailment.

How to Practice This Wazifa​

Daily Routine:


➊ Perform this duʿāʾ 1 to 3 times daily, preferably:

• At night before sleeping
• Or after Tahajjud
• While in the state of wudu’ (ablution)
• With deep humility and focus

➋ Read Durūd Sharīf before and after the duʿāʾ.


➌ If possible, place your hand over the affected area and specifically pray for that part (e.g., hand on teeth while reciting “اللهم اشف أسناني”).


With firm belief, patience, and consistency, the One who is Rabb al-Shifāʾ (Lord of Healing), in shāʾ Allāh, will grant complete recovery.
