This excerpt is taken from Sheikh Hussain bin Mubarak Al-Mosuli's Arabic book Al-Awamer wal-Nawahi, whose Urdu translation has been done by Muhammad Sarwar Gohar Sahib under the title Ahkamat o Mamnoaat.
① Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud رضي الله عنه narrates, I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say:
نضر الله وجه امرئ سمع منا شيئا فبلغه كما سمعه فرب مبلغ أوعىٰ من سامع
"May Allah keep fresh the face of the person who hears something from us and then conveys it exactly as he heard it. Often, the one to whom the matter is conveyed guards it more carefully than the listener."
Reference: (Tirmidhi, Book of Knowledge, Hadith: 2657, 2658. Ibn Majah, Introduction, Hadith: 232.) The narration is authentic.
② Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-As رضي الله عنه narrates that the Noble Prophet ﷺ said:
بلغوا عني ولو آية، وحدثوا عن بني إسرائيل ولا حرج، ومن كذب على متعمدا فليتبوأ مقعده من النار
"Convey from me even if it is one verse. Narrating from the Children of Israel is not harmful. Whoever deliberately lies upon me, let him prepare his place in Hell."

① Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud رضي الله عنه narrates, I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say:
نضر الله امرأ سمع منا شيئا فبلغه كما سمعه فرب مبلغ أوعىٰ من سامع
"May Allah keep happy the person who hears something from us and then conveys it exactly as he heard it. Often, the one to whom the message is conveyed is more careful in preserving it than the original listener."
Reference: (Abu Dawood, Book of Knowledge, Hadith: 3660. Tirmidhi: 2656)
"You hear and you are heard, and the one who hears from you is also heard."
Reference: (Abu Dawood, Book of Knowledge, Hadith: 3659. Musnad Ahmad, from the Musnad of Hashim: 1/321). This narration is weak due to the chain of Imam A'mash.
① Syedna Jarir رضي الله عنه narrates, the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said:
من سن فى الإسلام سنة حسنة فله أجرها وأجر من عمل بها بعده من غير أن ينقص من أجورهم شيء، ومن سن فى الإسلام سنة سيئة كان عليه وزرها ووزر من عمل بها من بعده من غير أن ينقص من أوزارهم شيء
"Whoever introduces a good Sunnah in Islam will have its reward, and then whoever acts upon it will also have a reward, and their rewards will not be diminished in any way. And whoever introduces a bad practice in Islam will bear its burden and sin, and then whoever acts upon it will also bear its burden and sin, and their sins will not be diminished in any way."
