It is not possible for Satan to assume the form of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It has been narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said:
« من رآني فى المنام فقد رآني فى اليقظة، فإن الشيطان لا يتمثل بي »
"Whoever sees me in a dream, it is as if he has seen me in waking life, for indeed Satan cannot take my form."
(Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadith No. 6993, Sahih Muslim, Hadith No. 2266)
