هَلْ یَؤُمُّ الرَّجُلُ الْمَعْذُوْرُ الَّذِیْ یَقْطُرُ مِنْہُ الْبَوْلُ وَالْحَالُ اَنَّہُ لَیْسَ فِیْ قَوْمِہِ رَجُلٌ اَکْثَرَ حِفْظًا لِلْقُرْآنِ وَلاَ اَعْلَمَ بِالسُّنَّةِ مِنْہُ
"Can a disabled person lead the prayer, if drops of urine leak from him, while the condition is such that in his community, there is no one who has memorized the Qur’an more than him, nor anyone who has more knowledge of the Sunnah than him?"
الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام علىٰ رسول الله، أما بعد!
یَجُوْزُ لٰکِنَّ الْاَوْلٰی وَالْاَفْضَلَ اَنْ یَؤُمَّ غَیْرُہُ
“It is permissible, but it is better and more virtuous for someone else to lead the prayer.”
✿ Final Note:
ھذا ما عندي والله أعلم بالصواب
This is what I hold to be correct, and Allah knows best what is right.
❀ Question:
