“أنا دار الحكمة وعلي بابها”

What is the authenticity of these two narrations?

Al-ḥamdu lillāh, waṣ-ṣalātu wa-s-salāmu ʿalā Rasūlillāh, ammā baʿd!
① Ḥadīth: من كنت مولاه فعلي مولاه
