Al-ḥamdu lillāh, waṣ-ṣalātu was-salāmu ʿalā Rasūlillāh, ammā baʿd!

Raising the hands (Rafʿ al-Yadayn) at the time of Takbīrāt al-ʿĪdayn is proven through an authentic narration. Hence, this practice should be followed.
