✦ Text of the Hadith:

Sayyidah Umm al-Fadl رضي الله عنها narrates that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

"You are pregnant with a boy. When he is born, bring him to me… take him, the father of the caliphs… this is the father of the caliphs. From his lineage will be born the blood-spiller (al-Saffah), al-Mahdi, and one who will lead Isa ibn Maryam عليه السلام in prayer."

✦ Authentication & Commentary:

❌ The narration is declared as fabricated.

① The narrator Muntasir ibn Nasr ibn Muntasir is an unknown narrator. There is no mention of his biography or reliability in the major books of hadith criticism. This raises serious doubts about the authenticity of the narration.

② The chain of transmission is unverifiable and disconnected, making the narration extremely weak (da'if jiddan) or even fabricated (mawdu').

③ Such statements carry significant historical and theological implications, and therefore require solid and authenticated evidence, which is clearly lacking here.

📌 Conclusion:

✘ This narration is fabricated and unreliable.
✘ No religious or historical belief should be based upon it.
