Compiled by: Hafiz Muhammad Anwar Zahid (Hafizahullah)
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (رضی اللہ عنہ) that the Prophet Muhammad (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) said:
"Whoever recites the Quran in such a manner that it encompasses him (i.e., recites it abundantly), recognizes the lawful as lawful and the unlawful as unlawful according to it, Allah will admit him into Paradise. Moreover, Allah will accept his intercession for ten members of his family who were destined for Hellfire."
Imam Tirmidhi commented that this Hadith is gharib (uncommon). He stated, "We know this narration only through this chain, and its chain is not authentic." Hafs bin Sulaiman, who is part of this chain, is considered weak in Hadith.
