In today’s world, where immorality, indecency, and misguidance are spreading rapidly, it is vital for women to adopt certain protective principles to preserve their faith, dignity, and honor. The following are key guidelines every Muslim woman should strive to follow:
◈ Regularly study Qur’an and Hadith to distinguish between truth and falsehood.
◈ Be punctual in Salah, for Salah protects against indecency and evil.
◈ Make duʿāʾ and istighfār (seeking forgiveness) a consistent part of daily life.
◈ Choose friends who incline towards goodness and piety.
◈ Attend gatherings that promote Islamic knowledge and wisdom.
◈ Avoid associating with idle or immoral individuals to prevent negative influence.
◈ Wear clothing that conforms to Islamic guidelines, ensuring protection from lewd gazes.
◈ Avoid unnecessary interaction with non-maḥram men and observe complete ḥijāb.
◈ Use social media and the internet with caution, guarding personal dignity and honor.
◈ Refrain from uploading unnecessary pictures or videos.
◈ Distance yourself from individuals who promote misleading ideologies.
◈ Focus on beneficial and constructive content that promotes learning and growth.
