Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran — Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani
Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
Except for those who believe and do righteous deeds; for them is an unending reward [7].
[7] That is, the majority of mankind was such that instead of remaining on the best stature, they reached the depths of the lowest of the low. Then Allah's punishments continued to descend upon these nations, and they were destroyed and ruined. Prophets are always sent when a nation falls into the depths of the lowest of the low, and even then, only a few people believe in these prophets. Then, even the generations of those who believe and perform righteous deeds later fall into division, polytheistic beliefs, or such beliefs and actions that practically nullify faith in the Hereafter, and only those people remain safe who truly believe in the prophets, remain steadfast on correct beliefs, and perform righteous deeds according to those beliefs. These are the people who fulfill the right of the attribute of the best stature upon which Allah created them, and for these very people there will be salvation in the Hereafter and an unending reward.
