سُوْرَةُ التَّوْبَةِ
Surah At-Tawba (9) — Ayah 63
أَلَمْ يَعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّهُۥ مَن يُحَادِدِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ فَأَنَّ لَهُۥ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَـٰلِدًا فِيهَا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْخِزْىُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ ﴿63﴾
Translation by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan & Dr. Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
Know they not that whoever opposes and shows hostility to Allâh (عز وجل) and His Messenger(صلى الله عليه وسلم), certainly for him will be the Fire of Hell to abide therein. That is the extreme disgrace.

63. Do they not know that whoever opposes Allah and His Messenger, for him is the fire of Hell, wherein he will abide forever? And that is the great [77] disgrace.

How Are the Hypocrites Disgraced?
That is, one form of disgrace occurs when one of their plots and betrayals becomes known to everyone, due to which they have to fabricate more lies and swear oaths to assure the Muslims of their innocence. And this disgrace is very mild compared to the disgrace they will have to face on the Day of Resurrection before everyone. When all their mischiefs will be fully exposed and there will be no opportunity for excuses, then they will have to endure the eternal punishment of Hell.
