سُوْرَةُ التَّوْبَةِ
Surah At-Tawba (9) — Ayah 57
لَوْ يَجِدُونَ مَلْجَـًٔا أَوْ مَغَـٰرَٰتٍ أَوْ مُدَّخَلًا لَّوَلَّوْا۟ إِلَيْهِ وَهُمْ يَجْمَحُونَ ﴿57﴾

Should they find a refuge, or caves, or a place of concealment, they would turn straightway thereto with a swift rush.

57. If they could find a refuge, or caves, or any place to hide, they would run swiftly [61] towards it.
[61] That is, in the state of helplessness and humiliation in which they are spending their days, what they desire is that they could find some small refuge where they could be free from the dominance of the Islamic government.
