لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِى مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً ۚ وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ ﴿10﴾
With regard to a believer, they respect not the ties, either of kinship or of covenant! It is they who are the transgressors.
لَا Not
يَرْقُبُونَ yarqubūna they respect (the ties)
فِى towards
مُؤْمِنٍ mu'minin a believer
إِلًّۭا illan (of) kinship
وَلَا walā and not
ذِمَّةًۭ ۚ dhimmatan covenant of protection
وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ wa-ulāika And those
هُمُ humu [they]
ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ l-muʿ'tadūna (are) the transgressors
