Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran — Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani
Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

Where and How is Seminal Fluid Produced?
﴿صُلْبْ﴾﴿صَلَبَالْعَظْمِ﴾ means to extract marrow or pulp from a bone, and ﴿صلب﴾ means the marrow of the backbone. And since this bone is located in the middle of a person's back, therefore, this backbone and the back are also referred to as ﴿صلب﴾. And "tara'ib" is the plural of "taribah," meaning the bones of the chest and the ribs. The meaning of the words of this verse is that this drop (nutfah) comes out from those organs which are between ﴿صلب﴾ and the ribs of the chest. From this, some people have understood that the man's semen comes from ﴿صلب﴾ and the woman's from the ribs of the chest. But this idea does not seem to be correct. Physicians believe that semen, whether of a man or a woman, is produced at the fourth stage of digestion. And in its creation, the main organs, i.e., the heart, liver, and brain, have a significant role. And since this digestion takes place in the internal part of the human torso, therefore, it has been mentioned as being between ﴿صلب﴾ and the tara'ib. As for the fact that the human brain is not in the torso, probably for this reason the word ﴿صلب﴾ has been used here. The marrow or pulp that is between the vertebrae is actually a part of the brain.
