Surah Al-Burooj (85) — Ayah 9

ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ شَهِيدٌ ﴿9﴾
To Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And Allâh is Witness over everything.
ٱلَّذِى alladhī The One Who
لَهُۥ lahu for Him
مُلْكُ mul'ku (is) the dominion
ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ l-samāwāti (of) the heavens
وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ wal-arḍi and the earth
وَٱللَّهُ wal-lahu and Allah
عَلَىٰ ʿalā on
كُلِّ kulli every
شَىْءٍۢ shayin thing
شَهِيدٌ shahīdun (is) a Witness
