13. And when Paradise is brought near [12],
[12] This will be the time when people's reckoning will be taking place, and the obedient servants of Allah, upon seeing Hell, will realize that if they had not obeyed Allah, this blazing Hell would have been their abode. At this, they will be even more grateful to Allah, Who kept them on the right path in the world. And when the criminals see the blessings of Paradise and then think that their real abode is Hell, their regret and despair will increase even more.
