أَوْ يَذَّكَّرُ فَتَنفَعَهُ ٱلذِّكْرَىٰٓ ﴿4﴾
Or he might receive admonition, and the admonition might profit him?
أَوْ aw Or

فَتَنفَعَهُ fatanfaʿahu so would benefit him

[3] That is, it was quite possible that the blind man would have greatly benefited from your attention because he came with sincere seeking. Then, by acting upon your advice, he would have purified his soul.
