أَن جَآءَهُ ٱلْأَعْمَىٰ ﴿2﴾
Because there came to him the blind man (i.e. ‘Abdullâh bin Umm-Maktûm, who came to the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم while he was preaching to one or some of the Quraish chiefs).

2. Because a blind man [2] came to him.

[2] That is, the Prophet frowned and turned away when a blind man came to him. However, you should have given more consideration to the blind man's disability, his broken state, and his sincere seeking.
