And those who believed, and emigrated and strove hard in the Cause of Allâh (Al-Jihâd), as well as those who gave (them) asylum and aid - these are the believers in truth, for them is forgiveness and Rizqun Karîm (a generous provision i.e. Paradise).

74. And those who believed, and emigrated, and strove in the way of Allah, and those who gave them shelter and helped them—these are the true [76] believers. For them is forgiveness and an honorable provision.
[76] The Virtue of the Muhajirin and Ansar:
Therefore, in the difficult times, the sacrifices that the Muhajirin and Ansar made for the elevation of Islam with their lives and wealth—their honor and their ranks are certainly higher than, and should be higher than, those Muslims who accepted faith, migrated, or performed jihad at a time when Islam had already firmly taken root, and at that time, instead of any fear or danger, only benefit was visible in accepting Islam. Among these two types of Muslims, the true and sincere Muslims can only be considered those who, taking on various dangers, bade farewell to their homes and homeland, or those who, upon the arrival of these destitute Muslims, embraced them wholeheartedly. In this way, both the Muhajirin and Ansar, through their actions, stamped the seal of confirmation upon their claim to Islam. Certainly, these are the people most deserving of reward and recompense.
