32. Gardens [21] and grapevines,
[21] After salvation, the pious will be given additional rewards in the form of Paradise or the blessings of Paradise, some of which are mentioned here. The first of these is gardens, and "hada'iq" is the plural of "hadiqah," which refers to a garden that is surrounded by a wall for protection. Among such gardens, grapes are especially mentioned, because this is a fruit that can be eaten entirely; neither does its peel need to be removed, nor does it have pits or seeds, and if there are seeds, they are only in large-sized grapes from which raisins are made. Even if someone eats these seeds, there is no harm. And it is so soft that it melts in the mouth as soon as it is put in. It is also sweet and delicious.
