Day for Working:

That is, the natural means created by Allah Almighty are such that man should work during the day when natural light is easily available to him. And at night, he should rest and sleep because the darkness required for sleep is easily provided to him through natural means at night. On the contrary, if a person keeps working at night and sleeps during the day, he can neither enjoy deep sleep nor attain its full benefits. Rather, after some time, his health deteriorates.
