فَٱلْمُلْقِيَـٰتِ ذِكْرًا ﴿5﴾
And by the angels that bring the revelations to the Messengers,
فَٱلْمُلْقِيَـٰتِ fal-mul'qiyāti And those who bring down
ذِكْرًا dhik'ran (the) Reminder

Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

5. Then they cast (the remembrance of Allah) into hearts [2].

[2] Some commentators have also interpreted ﴿فَالْمُلْقِيٰتِ ذِكْرًا﴾ as referring to winds, because sound also reaches people's ears through the medium of air. If there were no air, the sound of revelation could neither reach people's ears nor could they derive any admonition from it. And some commentators have taken it to mean the angels who place revelation into the hearts of the prophets, or who become the cause of inspiration and suggestion in the hearts of other people.
