Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

40. Is He not able [22] to bring the dead back to life?

[22] That is, from the stages of a drop of fluid in the mother's womb to the creation of a human being, and then the appropriate division into pairs, a person can easily reach the conclusion that the Lord who possesses such power is also able to create man again after death. Even after these arguments, whoever denies resurrection, his denial is nothing but stubbornness and foolishness. Also, it is mentioned in the hadith that when you ﷺ recited this verse, afterwards you would say ﴿سبحانك اللهم بلٰي﴾.
