Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

O my Lord! Forgive me, my parents, and whoever enters my house as a believer [17], and all believing men and women, and increase the destruction for the wrongdoers.

The Curse of Sayyiduna Nuh Against the Disbelievers:

The first part of the supplication of Sayyiduna Nuh (peace be upon him) was regarding the disbelievers, about whom he said, based on his own experience, that they are such immoral people that even from their offspring, only shameless, immoral, disobedient, and ungrateful people to Allah will be born. Not only will they themselves not believe, but they will also try to mislead others.

Supplication of Goodness for Himself and the Believers:

The second part of this supplication, which is for himself and all the believers, contains considerable gentleness, flexibility, and broad-heartedness. That is, first of all, he prayed for forgiveness of his own shortcomings, then for his parents, then for those who, by believing, enter his house, mosque, or ark. Then also for those believing men and women who will believe after this supplication or after him. After this supplication, he once again emphatically said that there should be no leniency in the destruction of this unjust nation.
