Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

Then Salih turned away from them and said, "O my people! I conveyed to you the message of my Lord and gave you sincere advice [84], but you do not like those who give sincere advice."

Address to His People Before Migration:

By observing the ruins of a civilized city like Hijr, it can be estimated that the population of this city must have been around four to five hundred thousand, but out of them, only one hundred and twenty people believed in Sayyiduna Salih ؑ. Allah Almighty had informed Sayyiduna Salih ؑ about the time of the coming punishment, so he took his followers and headed towards Palestine. While leaving, he addressed his people with great sorrow, saying that he had conveyed Allah’s message to them and had made every possible effort for their well-being, but they only mocked these things. Now, it is up to them and their deeds. After saying this, as soon as he left the city, the punishment descended upon that nation. Upon reaching Palestine, he settled near Ramla with his companions, and after some time, he passed away at that very place.
