Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

52. And We have certainly brought them a Book which We have explained in detail with knowledge [51]—a guidance and mercy for a people who believe.

How is the Book of Allah a Mercy:

That is, based on Our knowledge, We have informed that the outcome of the righteous will be such, and that of the wicked will be such. The Day of the Hereafter is also certain, and every deed will definitely receive its reward or punishment. The wicked are afflicted with punishment even in this world, and in the Hereafter, punishment is certain. In short, every kind of detail is mentioned in this Book. However, only those people benefit from this Book who believe in it. As soon as they believe, a pleasant change begins in their lives. Their morals are refined; they begin to benefit others and think about their well-being. Their lives become extremely responsible lives, and then their Hereafter is also improved. In this way, this Book proves to be guidance and mercy for them in their worldly life as well as in the Hereafter.
