Such is the punishment (in this life), but truly, the punishment of the Hereafter is greater if they but knew.

33. Such is the punishment, and the punishment of the Hereafter [16] is even greater, if only they knew.
[16] That is, this punishment befell the owners of the garden in this world. And the punishment in the Hereafter for such miserliness will be much greater than this.
