سُوْرَةُ الْمُلْكِ
Surah Al-Mulk (67) — Ayah 4
ثُمَّ ٱرْجِعِ ٱلْبَصَرَ كَرَّتَيْنِ يَنقَلِبْ إِلَيْكَ ٱلْبَصَرُ خَاسِئًا وَهُوَ حَسِيرٌ ﴿4﴾

Then look again and yet again: your sight will return to you in a state of humiliation and worn out.

Then look again and yet again; your gaze will return to you humbled and weary [8].
[8] That is, man has been repeatedly directed to this point: if you have any doubt about the existence of Allah, His control, and His being All-Knowing and All-Wise, then tell us what flaw remains in the system of this universe. Look again and again towards the heavens and try to find some defect in this system through reflection and contemplation—you will become helpless after repeatedly observing and pondering, but you will not find any such flaw or defect.
