فَذَاقَتْ وَبَالَ أَمْرِهَا وَكَانَ عَـٰقِبَةُ أَمْرِهَا خُسْرًا ﴿9﴾
So it tasted the evil result of its affair (disbelief), and the consequence of its affair (disbelief) was loss (destruction in this life and an eternal punishment in the Hereafter).
فَذَاقَتْ fadhāqat So it tasted
وَبَالَ wabāla (the bad) consequence
أَمْرِهَا amrihā (of) its affair
وَكَانَ wakāna and was
عَـٰقِبَةُ ʿāqibatu (the) end
أَمْرِهَا amrihā (of) its affair
خُسْرًا khus'ran loss
