Translation by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan & Dr. Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
The disbelievers pretend that they will never be resurrected (for the Account). Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): Yes! By my Lord, you will certainly be resurrected, then you will be informed of (and recompensed for) what you did; and that is easy for Allâh.

Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran — Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani
Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
7. Those who disbelieve in the Hereafter think that they will not be raised up [14]. Say to them: "Yes, by my Lord, you will surely be raised up, then you will be informed of what you did." And that is easy for Allah [15].
[14] There is No Evidence That Can Be Presented for the Denial of Resurrection:
Whereas they do not possess any such source of knowledge on the basis of which they can say with certainty that resurrection is not possible. Mankind has never had such a source of knowledge before today, nor does it have it today, nor will it ever have it in the future. Then what is the meaning of presenting this claim with such emphasis? At most, a human being can only say that after death, both possibilities—of being resurrected or not—exist. But he cannot present any evidence in denial of resurrection.
[15] In response to your claim, I am speaking on the basis of the knowledge of revelation from Allah. You people have acknowledged my truthfulness, and I swear by Allah that you will surely be resurrected, and you will be resurrected so that you may be held accountable for what you are doing today. The oppressor will be punished for his oppression, and the oppressed will be granted justice. The very system of the universe testifies to the fact that this is not a lawless realm, where you may do whatever you wish, die after doing so, and there be no one to question you.
