سُوْرَةُ الْاَنْعَامِ
Surah Al-An'aam (6) — Ayah 7
وَلَوْ نَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْكَ كِتَـٰبًا فِى قِرْطَاسٍ فَلَمَسُوهُ بِأَيْدِيهِمْ لَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ إِنْ هَـٰذَآ إِلَّا سِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ ﴿7﴾
Translation by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan & Dr. Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
And even if We had sent down unto you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) a Message written on paper so that they could touch it with their hands, the disbelievers would have said: "This is nothing but obvious magic!"

And if We had sent down to you a book written on paper, and they touched it with their own hands [7], those who disbelieved would still say, "This is nothing but clear magic."

The Objections of the Disbelievers and Their Answers:
This is the answer to an objection of the disbelievers of Makkah, who used to say that they would only believe when a book is revealed to Muhammad ﷺ before them, and along with it, four angels should also be present to testify that this is indeed a book revealed from Allah Almighty. Allah Almighty gave this answer: these disbelievers are so stubborn that even if We fulfill their demand, and they touch the book and see that it is not just an illusion but a reality, even then they would say that all of this is magic and you are a magician.
