سُوْرَةُ الْحَدِيْدِ
Surah Al-Hadid (57) — Ayah 9
هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُنَزِّلُ عَلَىٰ عَبْدِهِۦٓ ءَايَـٰتٍۭ بَيِّنَـٰتٍ لِّيُخْرِجَكُم مِّنَ ٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ ۚ وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُمْ لَرَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ ﴿9﴾
Translation by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan & Dr. Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
It is He Who sends down manifest Ayât (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) to His slave (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) that He may bring you out from darkness into light. And verily, Allâh is to you full of kindness, Most Merciful.

9. He it is Who sends down clear verses [13] upon His servant, that He may bring you out from darkness into light. And indeed, Allah is Most Kind and Merciful to you.
[13] "Clear signs" may refer to the verses of the Quran, and also to the signs of truthfulness. That is, how, at the most critical moments, Allah Almighty helped His Messenger ﷺ through unseen means and resources, from which it can be clearly understood that there is a supernatural, mighty power supporting this Messenger ﷺ. And all of this is so that He may bring you out from the darkness of ignorance, disbelief, and polytheism into the light of knowledge and understanding. If you reflect, this is a great favor and kindness of Allah upon you.
