Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran — Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani
Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
26. Only (greetings of) "Peace, peace" [14] will they hear.
[14] One meaning of this is that the people of Paradise will greet each other with peace. The angels will also pray for their safety, and peace will descend and greetings of peace will be sent upon them from Allah Almighty as well. Another meaning is that whatever the people of Paradise say to each other will be filled with goodwill and peace for one another. Their conversation will be meaningful, fruitful, and informative. Very pure topics will be discussed among them. In their gatherings, the remembrance of Allah and the frequent recitation of tasbih and tahlil will take place, and every conversation of theirs will contain some aspect of goodness and peace for one another.
