Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

12. And We burst open the earth with springs, and the waters met for a matter [12] already decreed.

The Scene of Noah's Flood:

From above, a torrential, continuous, and unceasing rain began to fall. It seemed as if the sky had opened its gates. From below, water started to gush forth from the oven first. Then countless springs burst out, and it appeared as if the entire earth had turned into springs. Wherever one looked, water was gushing forth. This process continued uninterrupted for six months, and the water level rose so high that even small mountains were submerged, and the water reached the level that Allah Almighty had decreed.
