Surah Adh-Dhaariyat (51) — Ayah 38

وَفِى مُوسَىٰٓ إِذْ أَرْسَلْنَـٰهُ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ بِسُلْطَـٰنٍ مُّبِينٍ ﴿38﴾
And in Mûsâ (Moses) (too, there is a sign), when We sent him to Fir‘aun (Pharaoh) with a manifest authority.
وَفِى wafī And in
مُوسَىٰٓ mūsā Musa
إِذْ idh when
أَرْسَلْنَـٰهُ arsalnāhu We sent him
إِلَىٰ ilā to
فِرْعَوْنَ fir'ʿawna Firaun
بِسُلْطَـٰنٍۢ bisul'ṭānin with an authority
مُّبِينٍۢ mubīnin clear

And in the story of Moses (there is also a sign), when We sent him to Pharaoh with a clear [32] miracle,

[32] That is, such miracles by which it becomes clearly known that Sayyiduna Musa (Moses) ؑ is indeed appointed by Allah Almighty. And these miracles were the staff of Musa and the shining hand.
