Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran — Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani
Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
10. Woe to those who make conjectures [5].
[5] Denial of the Hereafter is Without Evidence and Merely Based on Speculation and Guesswork:
That is, those who deny the belief in the Hereafter have no scholarly foundation. Knowledge of the Hereafter cannot be attained by human observation, nor through sensory perception and understanding. The only scholarly statement that can be made about it is that both possibilities—its occurrence and non-occurrence—exist. There are, however, many arguments in support of the establishment of the Hereafter. This has been the teaching of all prophets and heavenly scriptures, and the system of the universe itself is a strong proof of it. So why not accept the possibility that is supported by countless arguments? And if there is no evidence for its non-existence, then it clearly means that their denial is nothing but mere conjecture and assumption.
