Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

39. So (O Prophet!) be patient [45] over what they say, and glorify your Lord with praise before sunrise and before sunset.

[45] When a Muslim becomes distressed by the gloating, mockery, ridicule, or harm from his enemies, or is surrounded by difficulties for any other reason, he should act with patience and endurance and turn to his Lord, considering Him as his only support. He should remain engaged in His glorification, declaration of His oneness, and remembrance. This will greatly alleviate and lighten his mental anguish. This is the very elixir that is being advised to the Noble Prophet ﷺ, and similar advice has been given to all Muslims at numerous places.
