سُوْرَةُ المَآئِدَةِ
Surah Al-Maaida (5) — Ayah 43
وَكَيْفَ يُحَكِّمُونَكَ وَعِندَهُمُ ٱلتَّوْرَىٰةُ فِيهَا حُكْمُ ٱللَّهِ ثُمَّ يَتَوَلَّوْنَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ ۚ وَمَآ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ بِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿43﴾

But how do they come to you for decision while they have the Taurât (Torah), in which is the (plain) Decision of Allâh; yet even after that, they turn away. For they are not (really) believers.

43. But how can they make you a judge when they have the Torah, in which is Allah’s command? Yet they turn away from it. In fact, these people do not truly believe [79].
[79] That is, on one hand, they consider youﷺ a false prophet and yet they bring their disputes to you for judgment. And on the other hand, there is the Torah, which they do consider to be the true Book of Allah, but they do not follow its rulings either. What greater proof of their disbelief can there be than this?
