Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

13. And whoever does not believe in Allah and His Messenger, then for such disbelievers [15] We have prepared a blazing Fire.

[15] From this, two things are understood: First, that whoever harbors ill thoughts about Allah and His Messenger ﷺ, or, despite being a Muslim, has sympathies with groups hostile to Islam, is not a true believer but rather a non-believer. Second, the next part of this verse clarifies that such a person becomes a disbeliever and will receive the same punishment as disbelievers in the Hereafter, even if in this world he remains mixed among the believers.
