Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

Allah created the heavens and the earth for a true purpose [32], and so that every soul may be recompensed for what it has earned, and they will not be wronged.

The Second Rational Proof of the Hereafter: Allah’s Wisdom and Its Demand—Nothing Has Been Created in Vain:

This is the second proof for the establishment of the Hereafter or the world to come, and it is in accordance with Allah’s attribute of being Wise. That is, none of Allah’s actions are devoid of wisdom and benefit. Then, can this entire system of the universe be devoid of wisdom? Every single thing in it has been created for the human being, and the human being is indeed benefiting from everything. Now, if a person performs good or bad deeds—whatever he is able to do—in this world and then dies, and there is no accountability for him, then it would mean that creating this universe, and then giving man the opportunity to benefit from the things of this universe, all of it was useless, vain, and a purposeless play. And to do such a thing is completely contrary to Allah’s wisdom. Therefore, it is necessary that the result of this world should manifest in the form of another world, in which every kind of person will be fully held accountable.
