سُوْرَةُ الدُّخَانِ
Surah Ad-Dukhaan (44) — Ayah 7
رَبِّ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَآ ۖ إِن كُنتُم مُّوقِنِينَ ﴿7﴾

The Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, if you (but) have a faith with certainty.

7. He is the Lord of the heavens, the earth, and all that is between them, if you are truly convinced [5].
[5] That is, if you are convinced that the responsibility for the general Lordship over all the creatures in the universe rests solely with Allah Almighty, then you should also be convinced that this Messenger ﷺ has indeed been sent to you by Allah Almighty for your guidance. Because He is not only responsible for your physical upbringing, but your spiritual upbringing and guiding you to the path of guidance is also His responsibility.
[5] That is, if you are convinced that the responsibility for the general Lordship over all the creatures in the universe rests solely with Allah Almighty, then you should also be convinced that this Messenger ﷺ has indeed been sent to you by Allah Almighty for your guidance.
