سُوْرَةُ الدُّخَانِ
Surah Ad-Dukhaan (44) — Ayah 14
ثُمَّ تَوَلَّوْا۟ عَنْهُ وَقَالُوا۟ مُعَلَّمٌ مَّجْنُونٌ ﴿14﴾

Then they had turned away from him (Messenger Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم) and said: (He is) one taught (by a human being), a madman!"

14. Then they turned away from him (the Messenger) and said, "He is a taught, possessed [9] madman."
[9] That is, sometimes they would say that some non-Arab teaches him the Quran, and then he presents it from himself to us, claiming that this is the word of Allah which has been revealed to him. And when you claimed that if people believe in Allah's call, they would become masters of both Arabs and non-Arabs, they began to call you insane. Thus, these are two separate accusations of the disbelievers, which have been mentioned together here.
