سُوْرَةُ الزُّخْرُفِ
Surah Az-Zukhruf (43) — Ayah 18
أَوَمَن يُنَشَّؤُا۟ فِى ٱلْحِلْيَةِ وَهُوَ فِى ٱلْخِصَامِ غَيْرُ مُبِينٍ ﴿18﴾

(Like they then for Allâh) a creature who is brought up in adornments (wearing silk and gold ornaments, i.e. women), and who in dispute cannot make herself clear?

18. (Do they assign to Allah) one who is brought up among ornaments [16] and is unable to make herself clear in argument [17]?
[16] That is, whose natural inclination is towards bangles, jewelry, adornment, beautification, and display. She is physically weak. Such a weak gender is what they ascribe as Allah’s offspring. And boys, who are determined, courageous, and men of the field, they prefer for themselves.
[17] "Khasm" refers to such parties in a case who have a dispute over their respective rights, and "khisaam" refers to such a case or dispute. That is, women can certainly create a lot of commotion and noise. They can also fight well among themselves. But at the time of argument and debate, they do not understand which point supports their stance and which goes against it. Also, they can raise a storm with irrelevant matters, but rarely say anything to the point. Nor can they fully understand this matter.
