سُوْرَةُ الْمُؤْمِنِ
Surah Ghafir (40) — Ayah 42
تَدْعُونَنِى لِأَكْفُرَ بِٱللَّهِ وَأُشْرِكَ بِهِۦ مَا لَيْسَ لِى بِهِۦ عِلْمٌ وَأَنَا۠ أَدْعُوكُمْ إِلَى ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْغَفَّـٰرِ ﴿42﴾

"You invite me to disbelieve in Allâh (and in His Oneness), and to join partners in worship with Him of which I have no knowledge; and I invite you to the All-Mighty, the Oft-Forgiving!

[55] You want me, like you, to bow my head before the sun deity and worship the cow mother. To the best of my knowledge, you cannot present any rational argument for the worship of such things, nor can you prove from any revealed book that these things are worthy of worship. This is nothing but the blind following of ancestral traditions. Then you also want me to become a cog in a system of government that has set itself against the messengers and, by fueling class divisions, is inflicting countless atrocities upon the Children of Israel. I am utterly averse to these things. Instead, I invite you to the worship and obedience of that Lord who not only created everything in the universe but also has complete control over them. And whoever turns to Him, He also forgives his sins.
