Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

11. They will say, "Our Lord! You have caused us to die twice and given us life twice, and now we confess our sins [14]. So is there any way out from here?"

The Four Stages of Life and Death:

These are the same four stages of death and life that have already been mentioned at the beginning of Surah Al-Baqarah. That is, they were dead, Allah granted them life and they were born in their parents' home, then after this life comes death, and the fourth stage is being resurrected again on the Day of Judgment. Of these, everyone knows the first three stages because they are witnessed by all. Denial is only of resurrection after death, which has not been witnessed by anyone. And this matter has been made known to us through revelation, and then many rational arguments also support it. Upon seeing the Day of the Hereafter, the disbelievers will say that today we admit that what the messengers said was true. But the question is: is there any way to escape from the evil end that we are witnessing for ourselves today?
