Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

They have not valued Allah as He deserves to be valued [83]. On the Day of Resurrection, the whole earth will be in His grip, and the heavens will be folded up in His right hand [84]. Exalted is He and far above what they associate with Him.

[83] That is, those polytheists who advised you ﷺ to prostrate before idols, those wretched ones did not even understand how exalted and sublime is the status of Allah Almighty. They have no estimation whatsoever of Allah’s greatness and majesty. How can these insignificant beings like idols be anything in comparison to Allah? If they had any estimation of Allah’s greatness and His status, they would never have uttered such foolish words.
[84]
Allah’s Address to the Kings of the World on the Day of Judgment:

Such is the state of Allah Almighty’s greatness, majesty, and complete control over the entire universe that everything in this universe is utterly powerless in His hand, and the following hadiths also explain this subject:
1. Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I heard the Prophet ﷺ say: Allah Almighty (on the Day of Judgment) will take the earth in His grasp and will roll up the heavens in His right hand. Then He will say: “I am the King! (Today) where are the kings of the earth?” [بخاري۔ كتاب التفسير]
2. Sayyiduna Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that a Jewish scholar came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: O Muhammad ﷺ! We find (written in our books) that Allah Almighty (on the Day of Judgment) will lift the heavens on one finger, the earths on one finger, the trees on one finger, the water and wet soil on one finger, and the rest of all creation on one finger, then He will say: “I am the King!” Upon hearing this, the Prophet ﷺ laughed so much that his molar teeth became visible. The Prophet ﷺ affirmed the statement of that scholar. Then he recited this very verse ﴿وَمَا قَدَرُوا اللّٰهَ﴾ to the end [بخاري۔ كتاب التفسير]. It is as if all the deities of the polytheists will also be in the grasp of Allah Almighty, those whom today they declare to be equals of Allah.
