Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

So they tasted the evil consequences of what they had earned, and those among these people who do wrong will soon taste the evil consequences of their deeds as well, and they cannot escape Us.

Abundance of Wealth Is Not Proof of Allah’s Pleasure:

The previous nations also remained under this misconception that their prosperity was proof that their Lord was pleased and happy with them. Then, they would use this as evidence for the truth of their ancestral polytheistic religion. So, the outcome they had to face because of these beliefs is well known to everyone, and now, as the polytheists are following in their footsteps, they too are destined to face a similar end. They cannot escape Allah’s grasp by running away anywhere.
