Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

20. But those who feared their Lord will have lofty chambers, built one above another [30], beneath which rivers flow. This is the promise of Allah, and Allah never fails in His promise.

Have Paradise and Hell Been Prepared:

Sometimes, such pointless debates arise within the Ummah that have no connection to a person's practical life. However, when they do arise, the people of truth are compelled to respond. One such issue is whether Paradise and Hell have already been prepared or whether they will be prepared after the Day of Judgment, following the decisions of reward and punishment for people. The words of the Book and Sunnah clearly state that they have already been prepared. However, one sect denied this and said that they will be prepared after the Day of Judgment. In this verse, the word "mabniyyah" also makes it clear that these upper chambers have already been constructed. Here, "upper chambers" does not mean that there is an upper room built upon a house, like a second floor. Rather, it refers to the elevation of ranks, meaning that one dwelling will be situated above another, and the third above that.
